Who is Henry?

Good evening, my name is Gene; in the late 1970's I went to work for an architectural firm as my other job panned out. Henry was my boss and mentor who taught me the "trade". 

So begins the story of our cartoon strip. In the strip Henry is a rocket scientist working for a large aerospace company who gets got laid off. His claim to fame was helping design the toilet on the ISS! Now he has taken a low level job as an engineer for a architectural firm where his boss, Alex, is the head architect who does not really like engineers. Henry's favorite hobby is restoring his '56 T-bird. So the mayhem begins!

Who is Alex?

Alex is Henry's boss. Also known as "Big Al" behind his back as he is slightly over weight. As stated Alex is the head of this small architectural firm of about 20 people. The firm is based upon the caste system with the architects at the top and of course the engineers at the bottom. Alex had to hire Henry because the firm was short of staff. Alex finds out about Henry's past as a rocket scientist and often makes fun of him!

Who is Sue?

Henry married Sue (second wife) after a failed marriage. She finds out Henry is very technically inclined and can fix almost anything--almost to a fault. Sue is not very technically adapt in this world of every thing electronic esp. computers. She is depend on him for fixing everything around the house. Sue is very sociable whereas Henry would rather be left alone.
